📘 CT-SOP-102.1.2 — Internal Platform Sync & DNS Delegation SOP

Effective Date: July 27, 2025 Applies To: CTO, CLO, DevOps, Legal Ops, Brand Directors Review Cycle: Quarterly or upon tech stack changes Related Legal Depot Sections: Section 4.26, Section 6.0–6.1.1, 6.3

1. Purpose

To define the required steps for syncing new platforms or brands into the CrownThrive domain architecture while ensuring legal ownership, automation compatibility, and operational continuity.

2. Scope

This SOP applies to:

  • All .com, .io, or .network domains under CrownThrive, LLC
  • Any subdomain or custom domain operated within the ecosystem
  • New tools, eCommerce sites, SaaS tools, education portals, or public directories

It does not apply to third-party apps or one-time campaigns not hosted by CrownThrive infrastructure.

4. Process Steps

4.1 Step 1: Domain or Subdomain Assignment

  • CTO or Project Manager selects either:
    • Primary domain (e.g., xenthrive.com)
    • Subdomain (e.g., neuralcraft.crownthrive.com)
  • Register via approved registrar (Namecheap, Google Domains, or AWS Route53)
  • Create domain record entry in central domain registry sheet (managed by DevOps)

4.2 Step 2: DNS Delegation & Routing

  • Point domain to approved hosting server (e.g., Vercel, Hostinger, AWS, or internal VPS)
  • Configure:
    • A records, CNAME, and TXT records
    • MX records for email routing (Google Workspace, Zoho Mail, or Fastmail)
    • Add SPF, DKIM, DMARC records for compliance

4.3 Step 3: SSL & Security Layer

  • Apply valid SSL via Let’s Encrypt or purchased wildcard cert
  • Ensure auto-renewal or 90-day alerts are enabled
  • Run penetration test (if applicable) to ensure no open ports/vulnerabilities

4.4 Step 4: Legal Sync

  • CLO verifies that WHOIS data reflects CrownThrive or registered proxy
  • Trademark (™) symbol added to applicable platform copy
  • Platform added to Section 4.26 of Legal Depot as an official CrownThrive entity

4.5 Step 5: Integration Test

  • Sync analytics via CrownLytics
  • Test email deliverability from contact forms, support, marketing
  • Confirm ThrivePush, Zapier, and Stripe are active in sandbox or test mode

4.6 Step 6: Final Handoff

  • Internal Slack/Collab Portal notification sent: "DOMAIN LIVE"
  • CTO signs off that tech stack matches SOP compliance
  • Legal stores snapshot of DNS config and WHOIS data in infrastructure log
