📚 Why Version Control Matters

As platforms grow, evolve, and add new features, our policies and support materials must evolve too. That’s why:

  • Every public article is timestamped
  • We maintain a changelog of all published updates
  • Legacy documents are archived (not deleted) for transparency

📅 How Often We Update Articles

All articles are reviewed during quarterly governance audits or sooner if:

  • A platform feature is changed
  • A new regulation (GDPR/CCPA) affects operations
  • A major user concern prompts clarification

🔁 Where Updates Are Logged

Updates are tracked and published across:

  • ✅ Article footers (with “Last Updated” date)
  • ✅ Legal Depot Index (for policies and SOPs)
  • ✅ Changelog section inside the Help Center (coming soon)
  • ✅ Partner newsletters or dashboard banners (for major changes)

📁 What Happens to Old Versions?

We never erase policy history. Instead:

  • Outdated articles are moved to the Legacy folder
  • Links are redirected to the current version
  • All archived docs are:
    • Timestamped
    • Indexed
    • Made available for legal review if needed

✅ Your Rights as a Member

You have the right to:

  • Access the current and past versions of major policies
  • Ask questions before agreeing to updated terms
  • Appeal decisions based on previous versions (within 30 days of change)
