CrownThrive hosts platforms like CrownThriveU, ThriveSeat, and CrownRewards, and honors refund requests per the policy of the Partner or Instructor involved—while maintaining our own infrastructure-level standards.

📝 How to Request a Refund

  1. Log in to your platform dashboard (e.g., ThriveSeat, CrownThriveU)
  2. Navigate to “Order History” or “Support”
  3. Submit a ticket with:

⚖️ What Happens After You Submit

  • ✅ Your request is reviewed by the platform or partner that fulfilled your order
  • 🔁 If approved: refund is issued within 5–10 business days
  • ❌ If denied: you’ll receive a written reason with the option to appeal

All decisions are logged and reviewed in line with our internal Refund SOP (CT-SOP-109.1.9).

🧯 Disputes, Chargebacks & Appeals

  • If you feel a refund was unfairly denied, you can escalate to our Dispute Team

CrownThrive hosts the platform. The actual service or product is delivered by the Partner or Instructor. Refunds are evaluated accordingly.
