Suite Pro Election & Franchisee Income Protection
The Floor Rent Override Model allows Suite Pros to elect either a fixed monthly rent or a 70/30 revenue share model, ensuring predictable income for Franchisees. If hardship is approved, Franchisees receive a subsidy from HQ, while all transitions and disputes follow a structured escalation path through Franchisees, Regional Licensees, and finally CrownThrive HQ. All activity is tracked and enforced via the Collab Portal, ThriveSeat, CrownLytics, and CHLOM’s smart contract infrastructure.
